  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will immediately send a replacement at no additional cost.
  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and include proof of purchase.
  • For return requests, contact our support team with the subject line 'Returns' and provide your order number, name, and reason for the return.
  • We will provide detailed instructions on where to send the returned goods. We highly recommend obtaining proof of postage to prevent issues with lost packages.
  • Please note, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email with the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method shortly thereafter. Refunds can take up to 10 business days before reflecting on your credit card statement.
